Why Attune exists
Prayer sounds simple in theory. But life is rarely simple.
When you are tired, overwhelmed, grieving, or unsure what you even feel, it is not always easy to know how to bring your life to God.
Attune was created for people who struggle to find the words to pray, and for those longing to go deeper. Its prayers, audio and reflective journeys begin with what is actually happening in your life and help you bring more of it into relationship with God.
Prayer doesn’t require you to leave parts of yourself behind.
Attune is rooted in the Christian contemplative tradition and built around a simple conviction: whatever is happening in your life can become part of prayer.
You don’t need to arrive with the right words, the right mood or have everything figured out. Open Attune, find a prayer based on what you’re feeling or what you’re going through, and the words are there.

Created by Dan Serratore
Dan Serratore spent seventeen years in Catholic formation and ministry, including ten years as an ordained priest. He has accompanied people through grief, major life decisions, relationship difficulties and questions of meaning and faith. His work now sits at the intersection of psychology, spirituality and the inner life.
I created Attune because I believe prayer becomes more honest when we have somewhere to bring the whole of our experience to God. Again and again, I’ve found that when we stop leaving parts of ourselves outside prayer, we become more available to encounter God’s presence within the reality of our lives.
